About Me:

My professional path in aviation started in 2008, after finishing university I got a job at RAC Mig JSC. A year later, I began training at the Serpukhov Aviation and Sports Club in a Yak-52 aircraft under the experienced guidance of Valentin Sergeevich Barabanova. In 2013, after serving in the armed forces of the Russian Federation, I continued flying and training for competitions.
In addition to aviation, I also enjoy swimming, motorcycling and learning foreign languages.
I believe that the Russian Aviation Race project will allow pilots to improve their skills and discover new talents.
This discipline will also be interesting for the audience, since
Air racing – Formula 1 combines speed, maneuverability and piloting precision at extremely low altitudes.

Barsov Ivan

About Me:

Ivan Evgenievich Barsov is one of the youngest pilots in Russia, team leader and founder of the world’s only women’s
Aerobatic Team “Barsy”.
Ivan began his flying life at the Severka airfield with a Yak-18T aircraft in 2012, when he was 12 years old. His first instructor was his father Evgeny Vyacheslavovich Barsov, who instilled a love for aviation and passed on to training for professional pilots from the KVS flying club.
Ivan made his first solo flight at the age of 14 at the Stupino airfield, Moscow Region. Shortly thereafter, he began training in the aerobatic and formation program. It was at that time in 2014 that he passed the first selection to the Barca Aerobatic Team.
At the moment, Ivan Barsov is the winner of the All-Russian competitions in the classes: Yak-52 and Intermediate, the winner of the Belarusian championship. The Women’s Aerobatic Team “Barsy” under the command of Ivan performs at many air shows in our country!

About Me:

“ Aviation has been my main passion for the last 10 years. This activity takes a lot of time, but at the same time it gives a huge boost of energy and absolutely incredible emotions.
I first flew a Yak-52 in 2009, and five years later I started a training program at the Serpukhov Aviation and Sports Club.
On July 6, 2014, my first solo flight took place. Over the next three years, I took a flight training course.”

Pavel competed at regional aerobatic competitions in the second and third league. In 2019, I plan to take part in the Russian Championship in the Advanced category.
I am very glad to be a part of the Russian Air Racing team.
“Air racing – Formula 1” is a new direction of aircraft sport in Russia. It is interesting for both athletes and spectators. I will try to prove myself in this discipline.

Gurov Sergey

About Me:

I have been involved in aviation sports for the past five years. During this time, I mastered several types of aircraft, participated in various aerobatics competitions in the second and third leagues.

This year I got the opportunity to participate in aerobatics competitions in the Advanced category, and also passed the certification process to become a pilot in the Russian Air Races.

In addition to aviation sports, I am a candidate for master of sports in powerlifting, and I am also fond of football.

Ilinskiy Vladimir

About Me:

My father was a DOSAAF flight instructor. At the age of 12, at the Tushino airfield, I flew with him on the right seat of the Yak-12, tried to take the controls, but my legs did not reach the pedals and full control of the aircraft did not work. That’s when I decided to become a pilot.
Subsequently, he graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute with a degree in Plasma Power Plants Engineer, KALTU with a degree in Flight Operation of Aircraft, and MIT with a degree in Anti-Crisis Management. Vladimir was the absolute world aerobatic glider championship in 2013. I decided to participate in the Russian Aviation Races, as this is a promising project that will allow athletes to gain new and interesting experience. It will also be interesting for spectators, as they will be able to appreciate the skill of pilots at extremely low altitudes.

Ivanov Aleksey

About Me:
He began flying in August 2008 at the 2nd Moscow flying club on a Yak-52 aircraft. The first solo flight was performed on December 28, 2008. My first flight instructor was Vladimir Alexandrovich Ilyinsky.
After my initial flight training in the Yak-52, he decided to study aerobatics, and since 2011 he began to compete in competitions. In 2013, he took part in the Russian Championship for the first time and since then he has not missed a single such tournament.
I mastered new types of sports aircraft: Yak-55, SP-55M, Xtreme Air Sbach 342. I am currently doing my favorite thing – the Russian Air Racing project.

About Me:

He began flying in 1967. My first pilot-instructor was Mitkhat Valeev Talipovich The first aircraft that I flew was a Yak-12.

I have since mastered more than 150 types of aircraft.

I have a sporting interest in participating in Formula 1 air races.

Krylova Yulia

About Me:

She began flying relatively recently and immediately – on a jet L-29 “Dolphin”.

My first and only flight instructor Vladimir Lisnyak.

She came to Formula 1 air racing to support the very idea of holding air sports competitions of this format.

Larionov Oleg

About Me:

Began flying in the 2nd Moscow Aeroclub.

My life is closely connected with aviation, not only as an athlete pilot.
My professional activity is related to the construction of aircraft (LAROS-31, LAROS-29), gliders and an ultralight launch vehicle.
Types of aircraft and helicopters that I fly: Yak 52, Su-29, Robinson-44 helicopter, aerobatic gliders – Fox, Swift.
For me, participation in Formula 1 Russian Aviation Races is a drive, with many emotions, and also an ideal platform for a full assessment of my developments and the introduction of new technologies.

Lisnyak Vladimir

About Me:

He started flying at the age of 14 at the Youth Gliding School on the LAK-16 glider, then at the DOSAAF flying club in the L-13 glider “Blanik”. Next I flew the Yak-52 and Yak-18T, Cessna-152 and Cessna -172, Tecnam-P2002. I then moved on to flying a jet aircraft, an L-29 “Dolphin” and L-39 “Albatross”. My first instructor on the jet L-29 was Igor Zavyalov, and on the L-39 – Vladimir Nikolaevich Rodnishchev. He also taught the basics of combat use, air combat, passing on his flight and combat experience as a military attack pilot.

He also flew the MiG-29, L-410, Yak-40 and An-2, but he has not yet reached the stage of solo flights.

I came to Formula 1 air racing because the event seems interesting, I want to improve my sports level and have an interesting experience.

Moskalenko Vladimir

About Me:

He began flight training in military flight school, his first solo flight occurred in the L-29 Dolphin aircraft on July 21, 1988.
His first pilot-instructor was Novikov Vyacheslav Nikolaevich.

During his years of service in the Air Force, he mastered the MiG-21 PFM, MiG-21 BiS, MiG-23 P aircraft and Mi-8T, Mi-8MT helicopters. Mi-8MTV.
His total flight time is more than 1400 hours.

He came to Formula 1 air racing to try his hand at air sports.

About me:

About Me:

He dreamed of becoming a pilot since childhood. At school he was engaged in an aircraft modeling circle. He participated in competitions at various levels in the classes of “copy models”, “half copies of aircraft” and “air combat”, won prizes. Due to some medical inconsistencies, he got into aviation only in 1982 in the flying club of the city of Ivanovo.
He made his first solo flight on June 5, 1983. After graduating from the Volchansky AUL (1987), he worked in all flight positions: from an instructor pilot to the head of the flying club. He mastered the aircraft Yak-18t, Yak-50, Yak-52, Yak-55, Yak-55m, An-2, Cessna-172 and several EEVS. Pilot-instructor of the 1st class of aviation DOSAAF Russia.
He began performing at aerobatics competitions in 1989 and practically did not miss a single Russian championship until 2004. That year I headed the Ivanovo flying club and, unfortunately, there was not enough time for sports.
Without hesitation, he accepted the invitation to participate in the Russian Air Races. Extreme flights and aerobatics have become a second wind for me. I hope for the development of the project and my participation in it for many years.

He began flying in 2016 in an L-29 Dolphin jet aircraft, later he mastered both piston aircraft: Cessna-172 and Tecnam-P2002.

I look with great interest at the development of the discipline “air racing – formula 1” as the most spectacular and interesting type of aircraft sport.

About Me:

He began to learn to fly in 2000 in the Serpukhov ASC on the Yak-52 aircraft under the guidance of Valentin Sergeevich Barabanova.

Every year I take part in the championships of Russia, Europe and the world in aerobatics. I have mastered several types of sports aircraft: Yak-52, Yak-55, SU-26, Su-29.

Zakharov Sergei

About Me:

Born in 1980 in Leningrad. Since childhood, I dreamed about aviation. When I was asked the question “what do you want to be when you grow up?” always answered – a pilot. Now I regret that for a long time I did not dare to realize my childhood dream.
It first took to the air only in 2006 at the Rzhevka airfield. After the first flight, I was finally convinced that I wanted to learn how to fly an airplane on my own. He made the first few training flights on the Yak-18T. but, having once flown on the Yak-52, I immediately realized that it was aerobatics that would be the goal of my training.
Reaching my first solo flight was very difficult for me because of the long breaks in training. As a result, thanks to the efforts of my instructor Valery Valentinovich Baksheev, my first solo flight took place in 2011.
Further, Andrey Alekseevich Elfimov became my aerobatic instructor. Thanks to his professionalism and experience, since 2012 I have been participating in aerobatic competitions every year. In 2015 he made his debut in the Yak-52 league. In 2017, he took first place in the Russian Championship and participated in the Russian team at the WAYAKC World Championship.
The most memorable flight was my first solo flight in the Yak-52.
